Corporate Compliance as Springboard for Management Legal Training

Recently, a leading network-attached storage systems company was experiencing rapid growth. With the passage of AB 1825, California mandatory harassment corporate compliance training, they followed the spirit of this new law and used it as an opportunity to train all US based on key aspects of employment law.

A team of LSA Experts worked with the company’s Legal Counsel and Head of Training to customize and roll out the Managing Within the Law and Managing Ethically: Corporate Compliance Laws workshops. An Executive Overview of the training was first conducted for all executive staff, and an executive sponsorship program was put into place before manager roll out.
